Attorney Dana Manweiler Milby received her B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Kansas and her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law. After law school, she worked with a large Wichita bankruptcy firm before opening Milby Law in 1994 to provide more direct, one-on-one representation for clients. Particularly in the areas of debtor-creditor law, she understands the need for responsive counsel and tailored solutions, and she has the time to understand her clients' needs and concerns.
Dana Milby is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Kansas, state courts in Missouri and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
Active in the local legal community, she is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Wichita Bar Association, Kansas Credit Attorney's Association, Wichita Credit Attorney's Association, and Bankruptcy Section of the Wichita Bar Association.
In addition to her law practice, Ms. Milby is also the president of the Christian Legal Society, providing pro bono legal services for low-income and other disadvantaged groups in the area.
