DANA MILBY

Dana received her B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Kansas and her J.D. degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. After law school, she worked for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee before opening her own firm in 1994. Dana has been helping families with bankruptcy for 30 years. Dana is the mother of three grown boys and has been married to Todd for over 33 years. She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Wichita Bar Association, Kansas Credit Attorneys Association (former President), Wichita Credit Attorneys Association (former President), the Bankruptcy Section of the Wichita Bar Association, and Christian Legal Society (former President).

Daydree received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Kansas before receiving her J.D. Degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. She began working at Milby Law Offices, PA in 2018 and has been helping families with bankruptcy for four years. She is active in her church, her children’s school as booster club president and her community. Daydree and her family raise and show Miniature Hereford cattle all over the country. Daydree thoroughly enjoys helping people who are struggling financially get a fresh start.

We are excited to introduce you to Sadie, the Law Pug! Sadie is a special little girl who is blind in one eye, but this has never slowed her down. She is a sweet, loving pug who enjoys meeting new people and playing with other dogs. Currently, Sadie visits the office at least once a week. Her favorite activities are making toys squeak, playing fetch, and giving kisses.
